Owner\Vice President, Shawn M. White is a Control System Specialist, and Project Manager with over 25 years of extensive experience in electrical and control system design and implementation. Proficient in substations, motor control, PLCs, and HMI design, Shawn's expertise extends to plant start-up, troubleshooting, and procurement. He has led a plethora of projects, demonstrating remarkable technical skills. From automating sand production facilities and upgrading HMI systems to controlling power plants and gasification facilities, Shawn's innovative solutions and project management acumen have left a lasting impact. With a BS in Industrial Technology from Southern Utah University, Shawn embodies dedication and excellence in the domain of control system automation.

Laramie White has been working in the Automation Industry since 2014. Initially as a CAD designer he moved to larger design and control projects after graduating as an electrical engineer. He has excelled with control panel design, data driven applications, and graphical interface. He has experience with hardware conversion and migration as he has designed several system conversions to completion. He enjoys client interaction and problem solving as a key component of his job.  

Owner\Vice President Edward Martell Gray, commonly known as Marty, embarked on his career as a Journeyman Electrician in 1976, gaining vital experience in the electrical field. Over the years, he held crucial roles at prominent organizations, including lead designer and control system specialist. In 1999, Marty co-founded Innovative Automation & Control LLC, where he has excelled as a Control System Specialist and Project Manager, leaving a significant mark on the industry. His expertise shines in diverse projects for DuPont Chemical, Williams Field Services, Anadarko, Kelco, Geneva Nitrogen, and numerous RMGC projects.

Landon is an Electrical Engineer who has been a key contributor since 2014, bringing a wealth of experience and expertise to our team. Proficient in CAD design, control panel design, IO drawings, and interconnect schematics, he excels in HMI and PLC programming. Additionally, his expertise lies in industrial networking, communication with legacy systems, and optimizing processes. He graduated with a Bachelors's degree in Electrical Engineering in 2017. Landon has a demonstrated ability to create efficient and precise electrical designs, ensuring seamless integration of automation systems. He is passionate about leveraging technology to enhance project outcomes and is known for problem-solving and driving innovative solutions that contribute to the success of our team and projects.
